“Unseen Dialogue” begins as a conversation with our inner selves. In making sense of our experiences and questions, our internal dialogue turns outward to glean from those around us. The thought-provoking work of Maverick Pascal and BLXCK RABBIT makes way for what was once unseen dialogue to become an opportunity for us to commune with one another, face-to-face.

About the Artists
BLXCK RABBIT is a San Antonio based artist whose work dances on the line of painting and installation. The art of BLXCK RABBIT is characterized by her love for ephemeral materials and personal symbology; through paper and stars, ink and shadows, she creates work that mirrors her inner space.
In 2025, she exhibited her solo show Walk Through the Shadow, Fear No Evil at cactusBARN and participated in several group shows alongside fellow San Antonio artists, including at The Carver Community Cultural Center and the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts in 2024 with the San Antonio Ethnic Art Society.

She has had the privilege of being a resident artist locally at Clamp Light Artist Studios and Gallery and in Savannah, Georgia for the ON::View Artist in Residency Program in 2023. Before
graduating from UTSA with a BFA in Painting, she was welcomed as an artist in the 2019 cohort of the Yale Norfolk artist residency.

Mav Pascal is a San Antonio-based multidisciplinary artist working in acrylic, and digital art. Inspired by Kintsugi, his pieces highlight healing, resilience, and the beauty found in imperfections. His art explores mental health, personal growth, and reconnection with his inner child. A highlight of Mav’s work is his distinctive linework and geometric style, which visually weave life’s fragments together, celebrating the belief that embracing one’s cracks is an act of transformation.
